N°02: Grilled fish, sea bream ceviche, foie gras, green vegetables (asparagus, artichokes, leeks, etc.), smoked burrata.

N°05: Dishes with delicate spices, scallop carpaccio, fresh goat’s cheese, roasted fruit, vegetable terrine.

N°11: Veal tenderloin, roast poultry, morel mushroom risotto, beef with chanterelle mushrooms, aged goat’s cheese, blue cheese, cocoa-based dessert.

ACTE 01: Ideal as an aperitif and for all moments of celebration.

At the table with: amuse-bouches (gougères, savoury macarons, tempura, salmon rillettes, savoury puff pastries…), fish (turbot with beurre blanc), pan-seared scallops, roast poultry, poached pear and Breton shortbread, hazelnut financiers.

Serve in a wine glass at14°C for N°02 and N05, at 16°C for N°11.

For our sparkling ACTE 01, serve between 8°C and 10°C in a sparkling wine glass or champagne flute.

Storage:

Before opening: at room temperature or in a cellar.

After opening: refrigerate for up to 12 days for still range and up to 2 days for our sparkling cuvée ACTE 01.
