    The opening notes of fresh herbs give way to tangy plum and combava (kaffir lime), finishing with a subtle spicy touch and a saline impression.

  • Suggested pairings

    Grilled fish, sea bream ceviche, foie gras, green vegetables (asparagus, artichoke, leeks…), smoked burrata.

  • Serving and storage

    Serve at 14°C in a wine glass.

    Storage:
    Before opening: store at room temperature or in a cellar.
    After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 12 days.
