    Veal tenderloin, roast poultry, morel risotto, beef with chanterelle mushrooms, aged goat’s cheese, blue cheeses, cocoa dessert.

  • Serving and storage

    Serve at 16°C in a wine glass.

    Storage:

    Before opening: store at room temperature or in a cellar. 

    After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 12 days.
